In the floodplains of Majuli, mustard is more than a crop — it is part of the land’s rhythm and culture. For generations, women have nurtured these fields, carefully sowing, harvesting, and preserving seeds.

Through Lékopé, these women farmers have come together to take ownership of the entire journey — from cultivation to oil extraction and sale. The mustard seeds are grown using traditional practices, free from harmful chemicals, and processed through cold-press techniques that retain natural aroma and nutrients.
